摘    要:为实现煤矿井下明渠流量的精确测量,介绍了一种新型阵列式电容流量计,自行设计的阵列式电极电容传感器,可实现对淤泥厚度及水头高度的双界面测量,通过利用电容/电压信号转换芯片CAV444实现了对电容量的简单、准确测量,传感器具有精度高、易于安装和较高的性价比等优点。

Abstract:To achieve the accurate measurement of underground open channel flow,a new kind of array capacitance flowmeter is introduced in this paper.The self-designed array electrode capacitance sensor can realize double interface measurement of sludge thickness and height of water head.Through the use of the capacitance / voltage signal conversion chip CAV444,a simple,accurate measurement of capacitance is achieved.The sensor is high precision,easy to install and high performance price ratio,etc.
