摘    要:皮革收缩温度是衡量皮革耐湿热稳定性重要指标,它有助于确定皮革的可加工性,有助于判断皮革的鞣制程度。提出了通过设计冷却室来解决当水平张紧测试试件时皮革收缩温度测试仪上测试箱容易进水蒸气的方法。该方法通过在上测试箱内设计一个冷却室来收集测试过程中上升的水蒸气,然后将进入冷却室的水蒸气冷却成液体,避免水蒸气进入上测试箱后对其中各电器控制元件造成危害。对水蒸气的收集和冷却的原理进行了详细地分析研究,给出了整个过程的计算方法。并且通过产品设计及对产品应用情况的检测,证实了该设计方法的合理性和实用性。

Abstract:Leather shrinkage temperature is an important Parameter to measure the leather resistant to hydrothermal stability.It helps to determine the workability and the tanning of the leather.Puts forward avoiding water vapor into the upper test chamber by designing a water vapor cooling room in upper test chamber when a test Specimen tension horizontally.This cooling room can gather the evaporating water vapor and cool it into liquid.This can prevent water vapor into the test chamfer to endanger the electrical control components.The calculation method of the whole process of gathering and cooling water vapor are given by analyzing their principle.The rationality and practicality of the design method has been confirmed by product designing and testing.
