| 摘 要： | 制氧设备中关键部件C110机组夏天工作状态失稳,经现场分析确定造成机组不能正常运行的根本原因是该机组压缩机产生的热损耗大于现有冷却系统传热能力,导致机组过热,不能正常工作。要解决该问题必须对换热器进行技术改造,提高冷却系统换热效率,以确保机组连续稳定正常运行。

| Abstract: | C110 unit is the core facility of oxygen generating unit.In summer,its reliability decreases obviously,which is because heat generated from the compressor unit exceeds the heat transferring ability of the cooling system and the whole unit is overheated.Therefore,improvement should be made to fuse of the cooling system to ensure consistent,stable and normal operation of the unit. |
