| 摘 要： | 潜油电机是潜油电泵机组的动力源,目前主流产品为二级三相鼠笼式异步电动机。潜油电机定子浸漆绝缘处理是潜油电机制造的关键工艺,绝缘漆的固化是在浸漆烘干炉的恒定高温下进行的。从多个方面对提高烘干炉加热效率进行了节能改造分析,并对结果进行了对比。

| Abstract: | Submersible motor is the power equipment of electric submersible pump which mainstream product is two-pole three-phase squirrel cage induction motor.The dry of stator insulating lacquer is a key step of submersible motor production.The curing of lacquer is under a constant high temperature condition in drying oven.This paper makes a research in various perspectives on how to improve the heating efficiency of the drying oven,and compared the results. |
