摘    要:保安煤业8#、9#煤层掘进过程中发生的瓦斯动力现象为压出型突出,经鉴定8#、9#煤层为煤与瓦斯突出煤层,保安煤矿为突出矿井。把15#煤层作为保护层开采(15#煤层经鉴定为非突出煤层),由下行开采变为上行开采,减少煤与瓦斯突出威胁;利用顶板走向高抽巷和穿层钻孔抽放上邻近层及采空区瓦斯,解放上部8#、9#煤层,实现区域消突,把8#、9#突出煤层变为不突出煤层;利用伪倾斜高抽巷、专用排瓦斯巷和穿层钻孔抽放初采瓦斯,解决15#煤层工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题。

Abstract:Gas dynamic phenomenon occurred in 8# and 9# coal seam of Bao’an coal indusrtry during tunneling process is extrusion outburst.It is identified that 8# and 9# seam are coal and gas outburst seam and Bao’an coal mine is outburst mine.Taking 15# coal seam as a protective layer mining(15# coal seam was identified as non-outburst coal seam),due to the downward mining becomes ascending mining,the threat of coal and gas outburst is reduced.Using roof strike high drainage roadway and crossing hole to drain adjacent layers and goaf gas,8# and 9# coal seam are liberated and the regional outburst elimination is achieved.Taking 8# and 9# outburst seam to non-outburst seam,adopting false-inclined high drainage roadway,gas drainage roadway and crossing hole to drain initial mining gas,the problem of gas overrun in upper corner of 15# seam working face is solved.
