汽油机电子控制单元(ECU)的开发

摘    要:介绍了自行开发的汽油机电子控制单元(ECU)的总体设计构成与功能。从硬件和软件两个方面对ECU进行了分析,内容包括ECU中传感器和执行器的接口电路特性、微控制器的工作原理与要求,特别是控制策略。对新开发的ECU进行了与HH368-1E型发动机台架匹配和整车部分匹配的试验研究。试验结果表明:整车排放指标满足GBl8352.1—2001和GBl8352.2—200l法规要求,同时动力性、经济性和瞬态性能达到原机水平,验证了所开发的ECU适用于中小型车用汽油机的电子控制系统。

Abstract:The comprehensive design and function of a type of electronic control unit(ECU) for gasoline engines were introduced in this paper,and the hardware circuit including interface of the sensors,actuators with micro-controller(MCU) and MCU,and software control strategies for fuel injection and ignition,idle speed control,air conditioner were analyzed.By using the experiments of matching the ECU in the HH368-1E gasoline engine,the emission rules GB18352.1-2001 and GB18352.2-2001 were met,while power,economy and transient performance maintained the same level of the original engine ECU manufactured by Siemens corp.The newly designed ECU was proved potentially to be fit for the control of light-duty automobile gasoline engines.
