| Abstract: | This paper puts emphases on expatiating upon the advanced characteristics of J2EE framework. Based on this frameowrk, a high usability mixed model applicaion information platform is constructed ,combined with the respective predominances of B/S and C/S model. In this paper, the des-igning methods and characteristics of police management information system of Shanghai are also introduced. |
