低碳钢镁合金脱氧的研究

摘    要:通过MgO质增垠的30 kg感应炉,研究了 AlMg、SiCaBaMg、SiCaBaAlMg等镁合金(含8% -15% Mg) 脱氧剂对0.05% ~0.07%C钢的脱氧行为。试验结果表明,用8% -10% Mg的AlMg合金脱氧时,钢中氧含量降低 到33. 77 x 10-6,用15% Mg的SiCaBaAlMg包芯线脱氧,钢中氧含量降低到38.62 x 10 -6。镁合金在脱氧的同时具 有较强的脱硫作用,当钢中起始硫含量为0. 063%时,AlMg合金的脱磷率为46.03% ,SiCaBaAlMg包芯线的脱磷率为 49.21%。

Abstract:The deoxidization behavior of magnesium alloy (8% ~ 15% Mg) deoxidizer- AlMg, SiCaBaMg, SiCaBaAlMg to 0. 05% 〜0. 07% C steel has been studied by a 30 kg induction furnace with MgO crucible. Test results showed that with deoxidation using AlMg alloy contained 8% 〜10% Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 33.77 x 10 -6, with deoxidation using SiCaBaAlMg alloy contained 15% Mg the oxygen content in steel decreased to 38.62 x 10-6, while magnesium alloy had strong desulphurization efiEect during deoxidized period, with initial sulphur content 0.063% in steel the desulphurization rate by AlMg alloy was 46.03% and that by SiCaBaAlMg core wire was 49.21%.
