高塔熔体造粒生产复合肥工艺流程的发展变化

摘    要:近几年,全国各地新建很多套高塔复合肥装置,各装置对固体原料处理、粉料提升输送、熔体混合造粒、冷却、成品包装的工艺处理流程(方法)均有不同的发展(改进)、变化,目的是提高产品产量、质量。降低消耗、成本,便于雏修,做到清洁、安全生产。本文分析各种工艺处理方法的优缺点。

Abstract:Some different innovations have been forging ahead in the newly-built compound fertilizer plants by melt granulation in high prilling tower in China in recent years, including treatment of solid material, lift and transfer of powder material, mix and granulation of melt, cooling, and packing of product, for increasing output, improving quality, reducing costs, making maintenance ease, green and safe production. The advantages and disadvantages among the innovations are evaluated.
