非对称钢丝间隙传感器设计及优化

摘    要:为适应工业生产中钢带检测的需求,提出一种结构简单、检测方便的非对称钢丝间隙传感器.用ANSYS仿真该传感器模型,研究交变磁场中钢丝周围的磁力线分布,给出传感器探头移动过程中获得瞬态电流信号幅值的变化,分析不同钢丝间隙对电流幅值曲线中峰值间隙的影响.实验表明:该传感器具有较高的灵敏度,能很好地满足要求,具有广泛的应用前景,同时为传感器的设计提供参考.

Abstract:In order to meet the industrial production in steel demand detection, a new sensor model is prop-osed which can simply and directly detect the strip steel gap. The performance of the sensor can be optimized by using ANSYS to study the magnetic line distribution around the wire in the alternating magnetic field, to show the output current changes at both ends of the coil in the process of moving the probe of the sensor to analyse the influences on the performance of the sensor from different wire gaps in the current amplitude of the peak gap spacing .Experiments show that: the sensor''s high sensitivity, good to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications at the same time as the design of the sensor.
