液压油管钳夹紧钳口设计与计算

摘    要:液压油管钳钳口设计是最关键也是最复杂的问题之一。设计了新型钳口,并在分析夹紧系统几何关系的基础上,给出了求解坡板曲率半径的方法,即利用几何三角形关系列式求解,使设计更加精确,夹紧安全可靠。应用CAD软件模拟钳口松开与夹紧状态验证计算结果,确保油管能够被夹紧,并能顺利进出钳口。

Abstract:The design of the grip opening in hydraulic tube tongs is one of the most important and complicated procedure.The method of calculation of curved radium of the slop board was put out on the bases of analyzing geometric relation of the grip system,i.e.getting the result by formulation using triangle geometric relation,which made the design more accurate and grip more reliable.The calculation result was verified by use of CAD software to simulate the loose and grip status,for ensuring the tube to be clumped t...
