纳米固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2催化合成乳酸正丁酯的研究

摘    要:研究了利用纳米固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2催化合成乳酸正丁酯.详细探讨了影响酯化反应的因素,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,酸醇摩尔比为1:3.0,催化剂用量为1.5g(在酸为0.1mol情况下),反应时同为2h,酯收率可达86%以上。

Abstract:n - Butyl lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and n - butanol in the presence of catalystnanosolid su-peracid SO42-/TiO2. The influence of reaction conditions were investigated and optimal condition was obtained. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be: weight of catalyst was 1. 5g(weight of lactic acid if 0.1mol ), molar ratio of n - butanol to lactic acid 3. 0:1, reaction time was 2h. The yield of esters was over 86%.
