Abstract:Based on FW-H equation,the aeroacoustic theory of centrifugal fan was analyzed,and the noise test of a radar antenna system was carried out in combination with the noise test method.The test data show that the frequency spectrum of the noise and the vibration acceleration was close to each other,and the peak frequency of the noise and vibration energy was the frequency multiplication of the fundamental frequency of the centrifugal fan blade,that is,the noise of radar antenna system mainly comes from the aerodynamic noise of the centrifugal fan.By changing the spacing between the fins of the vapor chamber and the edge of the fan blade and the rotating speed of the fan,the noise test of a single centrifugal fan was carried out.The experimental results show that the noise decreases with the increase of spacing,and the noise energy is gradually concentrated in the low frequency region.The noise of centrifugal fan increases with the increase of its speed,and the noise energy of the centrifugal fan is the largest at the double frequency of its blade fundamental frequency under different working conditions.The noise image of the centrifugal fan under different working conditions obtained by the noise reduction test can provide the experimental and theoretical basis for the optimization design of the vapor chamber structure of the radar antenna system.
