紫花地丁总黄酮的抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:本实验以紫花地丁为研究对象,探讨紫花地丁总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性.通过对比紫花地丁总黄酮对亚硝酸钠、·OH自由基和DPPH的还原能力,来检测紫花地丁总黄酮的抗氧化作用.结果表明:紫花地丁总黄酮具有较高的体外抗氧化活性,在紫花地丁总黄酮仅为0.25 mg/mL时对亚硝酸钠、·OH自由基和DPPH三种氧化剂的清除率均超过50...

Abstract:In this study,the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from viola yedoensis was studied in vitro.The antioxidation effect of total flavonoids in Chinese violet was examined by comparing the reduction ability of total flavonoids in sodium nitrite,OH free radicals and DPPH.The results successfully verified the higher antioxidant activity in vitro of total flavonoids of Chinese violet.the clearance rate of all three kinds of oxidants was more than 50%when the total flavonoids were only 0.25 mg/mL.The order of clearance rate was:DPPH>hydroxyl radical>sodium nitrate.
