摘    要:为研究导叶扩散段无量纲参数对离心泵水力性能的影响,通过控制导叶喉部参数设计出5种导叶扩散度方案,采用雷诺时均N-S方程和RNGκ-ε湍流模型对离心泵进行全流场计算,对比分析了不同扩散度方案对上游叶轮、导叶本身以及下游压水室水力性能的影响,并验证了数值分析的可靠性.研究表明:导叶扩散度对上游叶轮水力性能较大,叶轮效率随导...

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the dimensionless parameters of the guide vane diffusion section on the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump,five kinds of guide vane diffusivity schemes were designed by controlling the parameters of the guide vane throat,and the Reynolds time-averaged N-S equation and RNGκ-εturbulence model were used to calculate the full flow field of the centrifugal pump,and the effects of different diffusivity schemes on the hydraulic performance of the upstream impeller,the vane itself and the downstream pressurized water chamber were compared,and the reliability of the numerical analysis was verified.The research shows that the vane diffusivity has greater effect on the hydraulic performance of upstream impeller,and the impeller efficiency increases with the increase of the vane diffusivity.If the diffusivity is too small,the impact loss of the flow at the impeller exit would be increased;the hydraulic performance of the vane is sensitive to the change of diffusivity,and its hydraulic loss increases with the increase of diffusivity,and the greater the diffusivity,the more severe the pressure fluctuation on the inlet surface of the vane blade and the more obvious the increase of the back static pressure.The change of the guide vane diffusivity has less influence on the hydraulic performance of down-stream pressurized water chamber.The hydraulic loss decreases first and then increases with the increase of the diffusivity of the guide vane.The excessive diffusivity of the guide vane will increase the circulation movement of the liquid in the pressurized water chamber and reduce the hydraulic performance of the pressurized water chamber.The head of the pump decreases with the increase of the diffusivity of the guide vane.The efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the diffusivity of the guide vane.When the vane diffusivity Kdis between 0.026 and 0.038,the centrifugal pump has higher operating efficiency.
