城市配电线路绝缘化和防雷措施

摘    要:介绍了我国北京及日本等地城市配电线路换为绝缘线后发生的雷击断线事故 ,从理论上对雷击绝缘线断线的原因进行了分析 ,并以模拟试验对理论分析进行了验证和计算。证实了配电线路换为绝缘线后 ,如不采取相应的防雷措施 ,绝缘线断线事故会大幅上升。建议采取提高绝缘子的 50 %的放电电压 ,或按一定间距装置杆上避雷器或放电间隙等办法以起到避雷作用 ,以减少事故的发生

Abstract:The thesis introduces the lightning struch on the distribution lines accidents in Beijing area and other countries because the bared wires were replaced by covered wire;analyzes the cause of broken line of lightning struck covered wire in theory;verifies and calculates the academic analysis by simulated test;and confirms that the accident rate of covered wired caused by lightning struck broken line will rise greatly after the replacement from bare to covered wire while with no corresponding precautions To avoid lightning and decrease the accidents of lightning struck broken line,some proposals,to increase 50% discharge voltage of the insulator,to partly strip the covered wire,to install the on arm lightning conductor and discharged gap,are put forward according to the experience in Beijing Power Supply Bureau and practice at home and abroad.
