疲劳裂纹随机扩展规律分析方法

摘    要:针对较少试验试样(小子样),应用随机模拟方法,对焊接接头热影响区疲劳裂纹随机扩展规律进行随机模拟,并与试验值回归结果进行对比分析,结果表明即使在试验试样数较少的情况下,仍能得到较佳效果。同时对Paris公式中参数c和n的相关性进行了分析。

Abstract:The random simulation method with fewer test samples(small sample size) is applied to analyze the fatigue crack random growth rate in the heat affected zone of the weld joint. The simulation result is compared with regression result of experimental data. It is shown that an accurate result can be obtained even if there are fewer test samples. The relation between c and n in the Paris formula is analyzed as well.
