摘    要:水布垭水电站马崖高边坡,导流洞进出口边坡,防淘墙,地下厂房等部位的加固中广泛使用了无粘结预应力锚索,这种锚索的特点是多层防腐保护,针对溶蚀裂隙性岩体特征,加强锚索孔的固结灌浆,简化了锚索灌浆程序,实现了真正的全长一次灌浆。通过锚索结构优化设计,确保锚索施工质量,提高锚索防腐蚀性能和耐久性,为在强岩溶裂隙化灰岩地层中进行锚索施工提供了较好的经验。

Abstract:The pre stressed anchorage cable without bond was widely applied in the reinforcement of Maya high side slope, the inlet/outlet side slope of diversion tunnel, anti scouring wall and underground powerhouse This anchorage cable has the characteristic of multi layer antiseptic protection According to the karst crack features of rock body, the consolidation grouting in the anchorage hole was strengthened and the grouting program was simplified so that a real whole length grouting was realized In order to ensure the construction quality of anchorage cable and enhance the anti corrosive properties and durability of anchorage cable, the optimal design of anchorage cable structure was adopted, which provides good experience for the anchorage cable construction in the strong karst crack limestone formation
