陕西干旱趋势与水资源利用

摘要：水是国民经济发展的关键性制约因素，陕西省属严重缺水的干旱半干旱地区，水资源日趋紧张，如何合理开发、充分利用水资源，并能可持续供给，已成为人们研究、探求、关注的焦点。本文运用大量的史料，分析了陕西省的干旱趋势，阐述了水资源存在的水文生态特征，提出如何开发利用水资源，减少旱灾损失到最低限度，实现水资源在社会发展中的可持续利用的措施。

Trend of drought and exploitation of water resources in Shaanxi Province

Water is the key factor in the development of the national economy. Shaanxi Province is (located) in the drought and half-drought region.Water resources is becoming an increasingly serious problem.How to exploit water resources rationally and fully to achieve the sustainable supply of water (resources) is a focus of research and attention. Based on the study of many historical data,this article analyzes the trend of drought,elucidates the hydrographic ecological features of water resources in Shaanxi,and suggests how to reduce drought loss to the minimum and how to achieve the sustainable utilization of water resources in social development.
