大型环件轧制时偏心现象研究

摘    要:针对在轧制过程中因环件的圆度误差超差而导致产品报废的问题,本文在环件轧制原理的基础上,从几何角度和力学角度详细地讨论了环件轧制偏心现象的原因,并针对这些原因,提出了加长抱辊的支撑杆,加大抱辊和环件之间的摩擦力,适当增大抱辊的直径或减小主辊直径的措施,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the rejection of products due to the ring roundness error out of tolerance during rolling process,the reasons of the eccentric phenomena in ring rolling process are analyzed detailedly from the aspects of the geometry and mechanics based on the principle of the ring rolling.And in the light of these reasons,some suggestions that extending support bar of the guide roller,increasing the friction between guide roller and ring,enlarging guide roller diameter or decreasing the main roller diameter are put forward,which has received the obvious effect.
