商洛炼锌厂180kt/a锌冶炼烟气制酸装置设计与生产实践

摘    要:介绍了商洛炼锌厂120 kt/a电解锌工程配套180 kt/a制酸装置的设计和实际运行情况。制酸装置采用高效洗涤器—填料冷却塔—2级电除雾器稀酸洗净化、ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ"3+1"二转二吸工艺流程。自投产以来,生产基本正常,进转化器烟气φ(SO2)6.5%左右时,转化率为99.8%,排放尾气ρ(SO2)≤500 mg/m3,主要生产指标优于设计值。针对转化工序热量富余和一吸塔循环酸温度过高问题,采取增设热管省煤器、增大一吸酸冷却器换热面积的方式加以解决,改造后装置运行指标得到优化。

Abstract:The design and operation of a 180 kt /a sulphuric acid plant supporting a 120 kt /a electrolytic zinc project in Shangluo Zinc Smelting Factory are described.The acid plant uses dilute acid scrubbing process,including high-efficiency scrubber,a packed cooling tower and 2 stage wet electrostatic precipitators,and ⅢⅠ-Ⅳ Ⅱ"3 +1"double contact process.Since put into operation,the plant operated normally with the main production indicators better than the design values.The SO 2 convention rate reached 99.8% and SO 2 concentration in emitted tail gas was ≤500 mg / m 3 when SO 2 concentration of gas entering converter was about 6.5%.As the heat releasing from conversion section was surplus and the temperature of recirculating acid in intermediate absorption tower was excessively high,a heat pipe economizer was installed and the heat transfer area of intermediate absorption acid cooler was increased.In this way,the operation indicators of plant were optimized.
