| 摘 要： | 介绍了国产LS-951Q尾气加氢催化剂在镇海炼化100 kt/a硫磺回收装置的工业应用情况。重点介绍了该催化剂在硫磺回收装置中预硫化、低温操作和高负荷标定等情况,并对其主要物化特性、标定数据等与国外某型号尾气加氢催化剂进行了对比。数据表明国产LS-951Q尾气加氢催化剂的尾气加氢、低温操作,以及抗干扰等特性良好,运行工况较好。

| Abstract: | Industrial application of domestic LS-951Q tail gas hydrogenation catalyst in Zhenhai Refining & chemical Company’ s 100 kt/a sulphur recovery unit is described with respects to the presulfurization,low-temperature operation and high load calibration of the catalyst.A comparison of the catalyst and an equivalent foreign product in terms of main physical and chemical properties and calibration data was carried out.The data showed that the performance of LS-951Q tail gas hydrogenation catalyst was superior in hydrogenation,low-temperature operation,anti-interference and operation condition. |
