TSC装置投切过程分析

摘    要:对低压配电系统中的无功补偿电容器,一般采用晶闸管进行动态投切。文中对晶闸管的投入和切除过程的数学模型进行了详细的分析推导。理论推导结果证明无论晶闸管切除次序如何,3台电容器上的残压始终为线电压峰值的1.366、1、0.366倍;V1、V2晶闸管两端的电压始终在一定的范围变化。该结果为抑制投切过程中产生的过电压问题及TSC装置中晶闸管的参数选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Thyristors are usually used to switch reactive power compensation capacitor at low voltage distribution system.In this paper,the mathematical model for switching on and off process of thyristors is analyzed and derivated in detail.It is proved by the theoretically derivated result that the residual voltage on 3 units of capacitors is 1.366,1 and 0.366 times of the peak of line voltage respectively,regardless of switching sequence of the thyristors;and the voltage on both sides of V1 and V2 thyristors are always within a definite variation.The result provides a theoretical basis for restraining overvoltage in switching process and for rating parameter selection of thyristors in TSC device.
