我国磷石膏综合利用技术进展

摘    要:介绍了我国磷石膏资源化利用技术进展。目前,我国以磷石膏为原料生产水泥缓凝剂、纸面石膏板、石膏砌块、石膏砖已有成熟技术,工业化推广速度较快。磷石膏制硫酸、硫酸铵等化工产品具有较大发展前景,并且已有工业化示范装置投产,但在生产成本、副产物再利用等方面仍需进一步探索。建议加强磷肥企业、高校、研究院的产、学、研协作攻关,出台相关扶持政策,推进我国磷石膏资源化利用技术进步。

Abstract:Technical progress in comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum in China is described.At present,there are has been mature technologies in China to produce cement retarder,plaster board,gypsum block,gypsum brick using phosphogypsum as raw material and they are getting fast industrial extension.The production of the chemical products such as sulphuric acid and ammonium sulphate from phosphogypsum has great prospects for development and the industrialization demonstration plants have been put into operation.But production costs and reuse of byproducts still need to be further explored.It is suggested to strengthen collaboration among phosphate fertilizer producer,universities and research institutes for making technological breakthrough and set up relevant supporting policies to advance phosphogypsum reuse technologies in China.
