| Abstract: | The method of establishing the standardization system for plastic mould was presented. The secondary development methods applied to mould design and CNC programming and the relationship between standardization and automation were also presented on the basis of mould standardization. The secondary development method, key problem to solve and management procedure in mould enterprise was stated by example. |
