摘    要:对近十几年来Al2O3薄膜在发光方面的研究进展分4个方面进行了介绍:(1)多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜基质的光致发光(PL)及其发光机理研究;(2)退火温度对多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜发光性能的影响;(3)氧化铝薄膜基质中掺杂稀土离子或过渡金属离子后的光致发光研究;(4)Al2O3薄膜的电致发光(EL)研究.此外,还对氧化铝薄膜发光方面的发展前景进行了展望.

Abstract:In this paper, the research developments on light emission properties of alumina films are introduced in four parts. The four parts are the photoluminescence(PL) emission from porous anodic alumina matrix and the investigations of light-emitting mechanism, the effects of annealing temperature to light-emitting properties, the PL. from doped rare earth ions in alumina film and the electroluminescence research for alumina films. The expectation of developing future was given.
