马钢300t转炉炼钢系统钢中硫的控制研究与实践

摘    要: 针对马钢300t转炉炼钢系统,对KR处理、转炉冶炼、LF精炼、RH精炼各工序硫控制功能进行了解析;根据原辅材料条件,依据高效率、低成本洁净钢生产理念,针对该系统冶炼品种对硫的不同要求制定了相应的炼钢工艺流程及各工序硫控制策略。结果表明,钢中硫得到有效控制,满足产品要求,并能实现稳定生产。

Abstract:For the steelmaking of 300t BOF in Masteel, the sulfur content of KR, BOF and LF working procedure was analyzed. Under the material status the in Masteel, according to the different requirements of sulfur content, the relevant process flow and the control strategy of sulfur was developed for high efficiency, the low cost and clean steelmaking. The result shows that sulfur in liquid steel is effectively controlled, in meeting production’s demand and realizing stable production.
