辗环工艺在液压支架中的推广使用

摘    要:分别采用锻造工艺对液压支架中的导向套进行机加工,对于工艺中的工时、各种费用及原料损失进行对比分析。采用辗环工艺,不仅可以提高生产效率,而且还可以节约成本,在液压支架制造行业值得推广。

Abstract:Machining processes in which common forging technology and ring rolling technology were used for the guide sleeve of the hydraulic support were studied,and the technological process,working hours,various costs and loss of raw materials of the two processes were also compared and analyzed.It is proved that ring rolling technology used in guide sleeve had some features such as high production efficiency and cost savings,which is worth to be promoted.
