一种风力推料机构的设计

摘    要:设计了一种风力推料机构,通过风能带动偏心圆盘机构和凸轮结构,进而再带动推杆实现设定范围的间歇推料动作。在整个机构的设计中,通过齿轮的啮合传动,将风能所提供的动力传递给凸轮轴,由凸轮轴带动偏心圆盘及推杆实现纵向推料动作;同时,可使凸轮轴利用螺旋槽带动传动滚子及推杆实现横向推料动作。在整个机构中,采用洁净的风能作为动力源可大大降低生产和使用成本,对绿色环保和节能减排有着重要的意义。

Abstract:This paper described the design of a wind pushing mechanism driving the eccentric disk cam mechanism and structure by the wind,then driving the push rod to realize the batch request scope of the pushing action.In the design of the entire organization,wind power was needed,the force was transferred to the cam shaft through a gear,cam shaft drove the eccentric disc and a push rod in the longitudinal material pushing action;at the same time,used spiral groove cam shaft drive roller and a push rod horizontal pushing action.The whole structure,as the power source adopts this kind of clean energy, wind energy,can greatly reduce the production costs,there is very important significance to environmental protection and energy-saving emission reduction.
