以带钢生产中的连续退火作业线生产设备中关于张力的常见故障及解决为研究目标,以某带钢生产厂的连续退火热处理机组的调试、运行中遇到的有关张力波动故障与张力调整机构为研究实例,介绍了连续退火处理生产线控制系统通过张力计与张力辊配合建立张力及其在机组运行过程中实时调整张力的基本控制方法,并进一步从现场硬件及其电气控制程序（软件）这两个方面详细地分析控制系统在作业线运行时张力地调整过程.通过解决这些故障并记录下解决过程,探讨关于带钢热处理线张力控制调整技术,作为带钢连续退火处理线生产、维护工作的经验.

Research on Tension Malfunction and Solving Method in Strip Continuous Annealing Line

In this paper, the author using common tension faults and solutions in strip continuous annealing equipment as the research target; and using tension fluctuation faults and tension adjusting mechanism in a steel factory strip continuous annealing line debugging and working process as the research example. The author has introduced the basic control methods that tension establishing through tension meter combining with tension reel and adjust tension in real-time during continuous annealing line＇ s running; and further from the local hardware and electrical control program （ software ） these two aspects detailed analysis of control system in tension adjustment process. Through solving faults and recording the processes, the author has discussed the strip tension control and adjustment technology, and it can be the continuous annealing line＇ s manufacturing and maintenance experience.
