剪叉式液压升降台的优化设计

摘    要:剪叉式液压升降台具有较好的稳定性及较高的承载力,这与其特有的剪叉式结构是分不开的,此外其还具有噪声小、行程大和安装空间小等诸多优点,已被广泛应用于生产和生活当中。本文在对剪叉式液压升降台结构分析的基础上,对其进行了受力分析,并构建了力学模型。以液压缸最大推力为目标,寻求到影响其大小的关键参数。利用 ADAMS 的仿真分析,以关键参数为设计变量进行了优化设计。研究结果不仅为本文涉及的升降机构提供了理论设计依据,还具有较大的实际研究意义和工程使用价值。

Abstract:The scissors parts make the platform have higher stability and higher bearing capacity.It is widely used be-cause of its little noise,large distance,small installation space and so on in addition.Based on the structure of fork lifting platform,the force state of it was analyzed,and the mechanics model of that was established.The key parameters of the hy-draulic of maximum thrust were identified.Then simulation was done by ADAMS,key parameters were optimized as design variable,which not only providing the theory basis for design of the lifting organization,but also possessing the deep actual research significance and the project using value.
