进出风接口对电动汽车用电池包散热性能的影响

摘    要:针对节能与新能源汽车用电池包的安装和散热接口要求,设计了3种不同形式的进出风接口,用对比试验的方法进行了模拟公交运营工况试验。结果显示,格栅进风接口和直管进风接口2种接口形式的电池包在试验后半期均已处于热平衡状态,最大温差值≤3℃;弯管进风接口电池包的最高温度和最大温差值均比前2种接口形式的电池包大,最大温差值扩大近1倍,表明接口形式会影响电池包的散热效果以及内部通风风向的分布趋势,如设计不当会造成电池内部温差过大。

Abstract:According to the requirements of installation and heat radiation interface with the battery pack of energy-sav- ing and new energy vehicles, three kinds of different forms of inlet and outlet interface were designed, using the method of contrast experiment, simulation of transit operating condition tests was did. The results showed that air inlet pipe and the air inlet grille two interfaces to form the battery pack, the test of second half period are in thermal equilibrium state, the maximum temperature difference value ≤3℃. The highest temperature of the air inlet pipe of battery pack and the maxi- mum temperature difference values were big compared with the previous two kinds of interface form of the battery pack, the maximum temperature difference expansion was one times, which showed that interface will affect the heat effect of battery pack and internal ventilation wind distribution tendency, improper design will cause the internal temperature difference bat- tery too large.
