转子-轴承系统临界转速的有限元仿真分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了转子-轴承系统有限元线性模型,并考虑了转子的陀螺效应,通过多次模态求解,得到转子系统的Campbell(坎贝尔)图,进而得到转子系统的临界转速;探讨了转子临界转速与轴承支承刚度、转盘质量、转轴直径及转轴长度的变化规律;为转子一轴承系统的优化设计与检测提供了数据参考。

Abstract:Based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software, finite element linear model of the rotor-hearing system with the consideration of the gyroscopic effect of the rotor was established, the Campbell diagram of rotor system was got through the solving of multiple modal, and then the critical speed of the rotor system was obtained. The rotor critical speed, hearing stiffness, the quality of wheel, shaft diameter and shaft length change rule were studied, it provided data reference for the rotor-bearing system optimization design and testing.
