基于BP神经网络的加工误差动态监测研究

摘    要:通过研究箱体零件上的孔在数控铣床上的加工过程,采用BP神经网络模型完成了其信息提取和分析,构建了加工误差分析的网络模型,建立了实时工况监测系统,为数控加工工艺过程中加工精度的实时分析研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through the study of the hole on the box parts in NC milling machining process, the neural network model was used to finish the information extraction and analysis, and establish the network model analysis of the machining error and the real time condition monitoring system, which laid the foundation for the research of machining accuracy of real time analysis of NC machining process.
