摘    要:以氧化锌粉为原料,采用化学气相沉积的方法,通过控制沉积温度、生长压强和生长时间等试验条件,获得不同形貌的氧化锌纳米材料。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射等仪器进行表征,并对氧化锌纳米材料的生长机制进行进一步探讨。

Abstract:ZnO nano material with different shapes was synthesized via vapor phase and chemical growth approach using ZnO powders as raw material. The growth mechanism and dynamics of ZnO nano material were proposed by analyzing the influential factors on the microstructures of the products such as deposition temperature, pressure, deposition time, and so on. The obtained ZnO nano wires were structurally and morphologically characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning elec- tron microscopy.
