| 摘 要： | 通过对转炉倾动事故的概念、原因进行分析与研究，得到转炉倾动事故的防治方法，同时提出一种新型预防转炉倾动事故的优化设计，提高了炼钢的安全可靠性，减少了炼钢的运行成本，并用于实践，对转炉炼钢工艺及设备的设计有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis and research about the concept, the cause of converter tilting accident, the control methods of converter tilting accident have been achieved, and the optimization design of a new type of control converter tilting accident are put forward, safety and reliability of steel making were improved, the investment and operating cost of steelmaking are reduced, and apphed in practice, and the helpful for design of convertor steelmak- ing technology and equipment is found. |
