基于Pro/Mechanica模具零件的结构分析

摘    要:针对从Pro/EMX插件中直接调用的标准模架系统零件(套板和支承板等),使用与Pro/E无缝集成的软件Pro/Mechanica对这些标准零件进行了有限元分析,以验证其应力和位移变化均在允许的范围之内,确保所调用的标准零件能够满足模具的使用要求。Pro/Mechanica软件分析简单实用,且使模具的设计与分析紧密结合,提高了模具的设计效率。

Abstract:In this paper, according to the standard die-set system parts that directly invoking from pro/EMX plug in (such as process plate and backing plate), the software Pro/Mechanica that was seamlessly integrated with Pro/E was used to did finite-element analysis for standard parts and to verify their stress and displacement within the allowed range. It en sured that the parts can satisfy the requirements of the mold use. Pro/Mechanica software analysis is simple, practical and can closely integrate mold design and analysis, which improved the efficiency of die design.
