摘    要:介绍了对精密气动旋铆机进行经济型数控化改造的研制过程。首先,设计过程从确立经济型数控化改造的总体要求开始,进行了整体结构设计;然后,对旋铆机的底座台面板、旋铆机支承座以及X轴运动机构等机械结构进行了详细设计,同时,在研究控制系统数控化改造的基础上,完成了控制系统的电动机和数控系统的选用,并设计了电动机与气液增压缸的控制过程;最后,通过装配调试,完成了精密气动旋铆机经济型数控化改造过程。经过厂家的生产使用,设备符合预期研发目标,产生了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The paper mainly introduced the developing process on the economic type CNC precision pneumatic riveting machine.It started from the design of the whole machine system,and then came to the studying and design of the riveting base station panel,riveting support base and the X-axis movement mechanism,at the same time,introduced the selection of the motor control system and CNC system,and also introduced the process on the motor being controlled and the gas-liquid pressurized cylinder being controlled,finally,it was successfully produced that the economic type CNC precision pneumatic riveting machine by being manufactured and being fixed.Through the usage of enterprises,It was proved that it meets the R & D expectance and can get good economic values.
