| Abstract: | Income level and consumption structure are the important factors which affect the residents'housing demand.This paper analyzes the income level,consumption structure and present condition of housing of the residents in Tianjin.And based on the analyses,the developing trend of the residents'income and housing demand in the coming years is forecasted. |
