特殊铣圈研制及应用

摘    要:简易的铣圈套铣速度慢,对稳定器、钻头等套铣困难或根本无法套铣。特殊铣圈是在原简易铣圈的基础上,进行力学分析,并参照金刚石钻头的布齿原理进行研制的。它克服了简易铣圈的强度问题及布齿的不合理,又比金刚石钻头布齿工艺简单,通过对特殊铣圈的结构,工作原理。铣圈合金齿的齿形和布齿方法以及齿的大小,保径结构的分析研究,规范了入井钻具结构、使用参数、操作及注意事项等。该铣圈在不同的井内落鱼结构,不同的卡钻类型以及不同的环间障碍物的实际使用中,均安全顺利的解除了事故,能满足井下各种套铣的需要。

Abstract:Simple mill ring has features like slow milling speed, difficult to mill or not able to mill stabilizersand bits etc. On the basis Of simple mill ring, through mechanics analysis and with reference to tcothspacing principle of diamond bits, special mill ring is developed. It solves strength problem and unreasonable toothspacingshortcomings of simple mill ring, and has simpler toothspacing technology than diamond bits. The paper analysesthe structure and operation principle of SPecial mill ring, studies tooth shape toothspacing method, tooth diameterand gauge structure of alloy tooth for special mill ring, proPOsing bottomhole work string design, operation parameters, operation and other concerns etc. Application result shows that the special mill ring can meet the requirements of different bottomhole milling operations'
