| 摘 要： | 介绍了天然油脂中甘三酯结构和组分的复杂性和规律性。传统的数据处理方法,费时、费力且容易出现计算错误,造成不必要的实验误差。为此,根据甘三酯结构和组分的规律性,利用Visual Basic(VB)语言对其组分含量的计算进行了计算机语言编程,编译成可操作软件,并且实现了直接对Microsoft office Word的调用和计算结果的输出。此外,还对软件的设计和操作进行了详细的说明。本软件具有可视性、简便性、可行性,它的应用可以极大提高工作效率,节约大量的时间。

| Abstract: | The complexity and law of triglyceride structure and composition in natural oils are introduced.The traditional data processing is time-consuming and hard sledding;besides,calculational mistakes easily occur and result in experimental errors.According to the law of triglyceride structure and composition,a program was compiled and software was exploited by using Visual Basic(VB)language to calculate the content of triglyceride composition.It can directly transfer Microsoft Office Word and export the result of calculation.Furthermore,the design and operation of the software are amply illuminated in this paper.This software is viewable,simple,and feasible;it can improve efficiency greatly and save a lot of time. |
