太阳能电池制备工艺理论研究

摘    要:太阳能是一种取之不尽、用之不竭的可再生清洁能源,对太阳能电池的研究与开发也变得日益重要;但是太阳能电池的转化效率低,制备工艺复杂,使得成本一直居高不下,远不能达到大规模应用的要求。本文在现有的材料,电池结构和生产工艺的基础上,研究其转化效率不高的影响因素,进而提出优化方案。

Abstract:Solar energy is an inexhaustible renewable clean energy. It has become more important that research and development of solar cells. However, the prices of solar cells have been high and the applications of solar energy have not been popularized, because of low conversion efficiency and complex preparation. In this paper, the factors of the low conversion efficiency in solar cells have been investigated by analyzing the construction of solar cells and the manufacturing technique, then, optimization program have been proposed as increased the conversion efficiency.
