| 摘 要： | 在分析研究多步法原理的基础上,提出一种新的测量方法——多周法。建立截面重复测量的测量模式,避免了多步法中多次角度转位造成的转位误差。结合时域特性分析,编制VB圆度误差分离软件,试验验证测量周数对分离结果的影响,确定适当的测量周数并验证该方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | On the base of analysing and researching the theory of multi-step method,it gives a new kind of measurement——multi-circle method.The method establishs the measurement model of section repeating measurement,avoids turning errors made by muti-angle turning of multi-step method.Combining with analysis in the time domain,it programs the VB software of roundness errors,experiments and validates the circles＇ influence on the separation results,and insures the proper measurement circles and validates the validity of the new measuring method. |
