人造金刚石合成的亚稳定间隙固溶体机制

摘    要:采用实验设计,获取了单一的金属薄膜;通过金属薄膜处的成分分析,发现了金刚石合成过程中触媒材料的成分变化和物质迁移,在比较现有金刚石合成理论的基础上,提出了人造金刚石合成的亚稳定间隙固溶体机制。

NONEQUILIBRIUM INTERVAL SOLID SOLUTION MECHAMISM OF DIAMOND SYNTHESIS

Abstract:The single metal film has been gotten after the special experiment. During the diamond systhesis, the change of composition and matter transmission have been found from the echamical composition analysis on the matter film. Some theories explainning this phenomenon were introduced in this paper, and the nonequilibrium interval solid solution mechanism of diamond synthesis was proposed.
