摘    要:应用具有温度、压力监控功能的高通量微波化学工作站,使人造革合成革样品在硝酸-氢氟酸-过氧化氢混合酸体系中充分消解,以硼酸消除过量氟离子的影响,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定样品中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Sb等重金属元素的含量。结果表明:优化微波消解条件和ICP-OES分析条件后,检出限为0.0019~0.0430g/ml,3种浓度水平的平均回收率在88.5%~102.8%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.3%;该方法操作简便,多种元素可同时测定,检出限低,线性范围宽,干扰小,并具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于人造革合成革中重金属元素的日常检测。

Abstract:The synthetic leather samples were digested in nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide-fluorhydric acid mixed system with high throughput microwave chemistry workstation,and the boric acid was used to eliminate the effect of fluorhydric acid.The heavy metal(such as Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Sb) content of synthetic leather was determined by ICP-OES.The result shows that:the limit of detection is 0.0019~0.043 g/ml,the average recovery rate at three levels ranges form 88.5% to 102.8%,the relative standard deviation is lower than 6.3% after the optimization of microwave digestion and ICP-OES analytical condition.The testing method features as simplicity,high sensitivity,low limit of detection,wide linear range,small distraction and high accuracy.It is suitable for routine determination of heavy metals in synthetic leather.
