| 摘 要： | 如何提高学生的综合素质以适应社会的需求,让学生通过房地产估价课程设计,使他们在与本课程相关各方面的能力尤其是实务能力得到锻炼和提升,是值得认真思考的一个课题。通过阐述在房地产估价课程设计中所进行的改革与实践,为共同提高房地产估价课程设计的教学质量提供一些参考。
