摘    要:通过室内大型模拟试验 ,对高层建筑与裙房在整体连接情况下上部结构、基础与地基的共同作用问题进行了研究。根据试验结果并结合数值计算分析 ,得出了筏基变形和地基反力分布特征 ,指出大底盘框架厚筏体系的工程性质同高层建筑与连接其的第一跨裙房基础是密切相关的 ,并提出了“共同作用的有效范围”的概念。

Abstract:The interaction of low-storied podiums with a high-rise building is studied through some simulation tests. Really, it is studied on the interaction of the frame structure, thick raft foundation, and soil. The deformation and reaction of the thick raft foundation can be measured. It is obtained from the simulation tests and numerical analysis. It is shown that the engineering characteristics of whole raft foundation are closely related with the first span of low-storied podium nearby the high-rise building. A new conception of the effective range of interaction is proposed in the paper.
