ZG0Crl3Ni4Mo不锈钢铸件凝固相变过程的数值模拟

摘    要:结合相图分析了ZG0Crl3Ni4Mo(质量分数,%)不锈钢铸件凝固相变过程,提出了适合于数值模拟的物理和数学模型,分别模拟了该材质二维和三维的相变过程.为验证数值计算结果,设计并浇注了两种类型的大型试件,用金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察了铸态下微观组织形态,测定了奥氏体晶粒大小、奥氏体晶粒内马氏体板条束个数和马氏体板条间距.数值模拟结果和实验结果进行了对比,进一步从实验和模拟计算两个方面阐明了ZG0Crl3Ni4Mo不锈钢铸件凝固时的相变过程.

Abstract:To study the as-cast microstructure of ZGOCrl3Ni4Mo stainless steel, the physical and mathematical models of phase transformation of ZGOCrl3Ni4Mo were established based on multi-component alloy phase diagrams. The models simulated the phase transformation in 2D and 3D. Two kinds of large sample castings were cast for experimental verification of simulation results. Then microstructure morphologies were observed by using optical microscope and SEM. The grain size of austenite, the number of martensite in austenite grains and the spacing of the lath martensite were measured. The simulation results were compared with experiments and they are in agreement. As a result, the phase transformation process of stainless steel during solidification were studied by both experiment and simulation.
