玻璃纤维增强耐高温改性环氧基拉挤电绝缘芯棒的研究

摘    要:采用改性双马来酰亚胺预聚体对酸酐/环氧树脂体系进行了耐高温化改性, 制得一种耐高温玻璃钢拉挤芯棒用树脂基体配方。应用示差扫描量热、差动热分析和傅里叶红外光谱等对该改性环氧树脂体系的固化反应进行了研究, 对该树脂基体固化物和其玻璃纤维增强的拉挤芯棒的力学、电气和耐热性能也进行了研究。结果表明,该树脂基体满足拉挤工艺要求, 其性能达到技术指标要求。

Abstract:By using the prepolymer of o,o' diallyl bisphenol A modified bis(4.4' maleimide phenyl) metheat to modify the anhydride/epoxy resin curable system, a heat resistant resin matrix formulation was optimized. Curing mechanism and kinetic of the modified epoxy resin system were studied by DSC, TGA and FT IR. The all round properties of the cured compound epoxy resin system and the glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix pultrusion rod were also studied. Experiments show that the resin matrix was suited for pultrusion. And the properties of the insulant rod have reached the requirements of the technical standards.
