AZ91D镁合金锭耐腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:分析了国内外5个厂家提供的AZ91D镁合金锭的化学成分,并比较了它们的耐腐蚀性能。采用减重法评价该合金的耐蚀性能。并对实验数据进行了多元回分析。结果表明,在一定的范围内,增加强,锌和锰的含量可可提高该合金的耐蚀性,而随着硅和重金属(铁、铜、镍)含量的增加该合金耐蚀性下降,按照耐腐蚀性能评价,F公司提供的样品应列入不可用材料,而在5个供应商中,唯一的一家国内厂商E公司提供一最好的AZ91D镁合金锭。

Abstract:The influence of chemical compositions on corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloys ingots supplied by five producers from both local and abroad has been investigated. The weight loss method was applied to evaluate the corrosion resistance of AZ91D alloys and the data were analyzed by multiple regression. The results show that the corrosion resistance of this alloy could be improved by increasing Al, Zn and Mn in a certain degree, and would drop as raising Si and heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Ni). It was found that ingots from the company F should be listed into unusable materials, while among the five suppliers, the only local company E supplied the best AZ91D magnesium alloy ingots in terms of the corrosion resistance.
